We do offer made-to-order services to our clients. Please send us a mail at sales@seesa.in with your custom-order enquiry.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all domestic orders.

When will my order be delivered?
All our pieces are made-to-order as a part of our sustainability initiative. This is why your order will be take 7-10 days to reach you.

Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
In the unlikely event that the order you have received is damaged, you can return it to our store.

Am I eligible for a refund?
We only accept returns in case of a manufacturing defect. We will be exchanging the garment, but we do not process refunds.
