In the event that a product is defective or damaged, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at sales@seesa.in for assistance. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will offer an exchange if the defect is genuine, as we do not process refunds. The product must be unused and unwashed. Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges for manufacturing defects.
